What is not eligible for return?

  • Items without original packaging (including manuals and accessories)

How to initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. You can return the order by going to my account > orders > click or tap on the return button below the order.
  2. Return Authorization: Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to ZyzoShop. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance for your own protection.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet the eligibility criteria, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for your purchase.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
